The bidder shall have sound business and financial status capable of supporting the execution of this lump?sum EPC project.

5.3. 近三年内没有骗取中标和严重违约等重大违法记录；

No major illegal records such as fraudulently winning bids or serious breach of contract in the past three years.

5.4. 具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；

Possess good records of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law.

5.5. 具备履行本 EPC 合同必须的设备、工装、专业技术人员、深化设计、系统集成能力；

Possess necessary equipment, tooling, professional technical personnel, detailed engineering and system integration capabilities to perform this EPC contract.

Shall be a registered and certified supplier on Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform.
