  1、本项目通过上海政府采购网/采购云平台（www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）实行全过程电子采购，上海政府采购网/采购云平台（www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）由上海市财政局建设和维护。响应供应商在采购云平台的有关操作方法可以参照采购云平台中的“在线服务”专栏的有关内容和操作要求办理。2、供应商应在响应文件提交截止时间前尽早加密上传响应文件，电话通知采购代理机构进行签收，并及时关注响应文件在电子采购平台上的签收情况，打印签收回执，以免因临近提交截止时间上传导致采购代理机构无法在响应文件开启前完成签收的情形。未签收的响应文件视为投标未完成，响应失败。

This project uses full-process electronic procurement via the Shanghai Government Procurement Network / Procurement Cloud Platform (www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn), developed and maintained by the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau. For operations, refer to the "Online Services" section on the platform.2. Suppliers shall encrypt and upload response documents early before the deadline, notify the procurement agency by phone for acknowledgment, monitor the status and print the receipt. Uploading near the deadline may prevent acknowledgment before opening. Unacknowledged responses shall be deemed invalid.
